Dr. Samuil D. Rafailov

Dr. Samuil D. Rafailov is triple board-certified in general surgery, cosmetic surgery, and facial cosmetic surgery. Dr. Rafailov is well-versed in the width and breadth of his surgical fields and believes that spending time with patients before surgery is just as important as spending time operating. Along with his utmost interest in patient education, Dr. Rafailov is also highly interested in minimally invasive surgery, breast enhancement surgery, liposuction, liposculpting, as well as body contouring surgery.

Dr. Rafailov grew up in Brooklyn, NY, where he earned his undergraduate degree from Brooklyn College. He completed his medical degree at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, and postgraduate training in general surgery at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in Queens, NY. After successfully completing his surgical training, Dr. Rafailov sought additional training in cosmetic surgery through an accredited fellowship in Spokane, WA.
